Whistleblower policy

LGIAsuper's Whistleblower Policy has been put in place to ensure "Workers" can raise concerns regarding any serious wrongdoing (including unethical, illegal, corrupt or other inappropriate conduct) without being subject to victimisation, harassment or discriminatory treatment.

If you are a "Worker" (see definition below) and you wish to raise a concern under the Whistleblower Policy or to seek further information, please send an email to: whistleblower@lgiasuper.com.au.

A "Worker" is defined as former and current LGIAsuper:

  • Employees;
  • Directors of the Board;
  • Executives;
  • Contractors and unpaid workers (including employees of contractors);
  • Suppliers, including the Custodian and Investment Managers and their employees; 
  • relatives of individuals referred to above; and
  • dependants of individuals referred to above, or a spouse of the dependant.
