A name change is on the way for your secure LGIAsuper online as well as a fresh new look and feel and a lot of other clever improvements.

For many years you’ve securely accessed information about your account and managed your super through LGIAsuper online.

LGIAsuper online will be renamed Member online when we launch your new and improved secure member portal on 11 January 2017.

Built using the latest technology, Member online will be specifically tailored to meet yours and all our members’ needs. In addition to a new name it will also offer:

  • improved functionality. For the first time, members with a Pension account will be able to switch investments online and you’ll have the ability to change investments for your existing balance and future contributions in one go.
  • a new look and feel. Like our website, Member online will have a responsive design that scales to your phone, tablet, laptop or pc to optimise your online experience, wherever you are.
  • intuitive navigation. A new layout will help you instinctively navigate your way around, allowing you to quickly and easily find the information you need or perform the actions you want to take.
  • enhanced security features. You’ll have peace of mind knowing we’re investing in new technologies and safeguards to further protect your privacy and financial future.

Be one of the first to experience Member online

To register, just enter your member number and some personal details, then set-up a password and security information and you’re ready to go. Start now.

If you already use LGIAsuper online you won’t need to do anything differently. You’ll simply log in to Member online using the same member number and password as you do now.
