Annual statement update

LGIAsuper will be sending annual statements to Accumulation members later this month with Defined Benefit members to follow. We apologise for the delay and will continue working hard to deliver your statements via post and Member online as soon as possible.

Your 2017/18 statement will be the first produced since our new administration system was rolled out in March.

As a result, we have conducted additional testing to ensure all information contained in your annual statement is correct. 

The transition to the new administration platform has led to some changes in procedure and adjustments to how we would normally prepare statements. This will ultimately allow us to deliver better service to you and all our valued members.

If you would like to review your insurance, update your personal details or check your account balance, you can do so via Member online.
