You can now update your pension payment details online

For many of us, our income needs may change throughout the year. That’s why LGIAsuper has made it easy for you to change your pension payment details online.

Many of our members with a Pension account are telling us that they would like to manage their account from wherever they are. This is especially the case for our members who are keen travellers.

We’ve taken this feedback on board, and are now pleased to let you know that changing your pension details can be done quickly and easily online. Log into your account on Member online.

You’ll be able to review and update the following:

  • How much you receive in each pension payment.
  • How often you receive these payments – choose from fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual payments.
  • The details of the bank account in which you’d like your income deposited.
